The Swedish limited liability company (Aktiebolag or AB in Swedish) is the most common form of business in Sweden as its shareholders have no personal proprietary liability for the company’s obligations. Step 1:
A limited company must be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. A limited company only becomes a legal person when it has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Registration provides nationwide protection of the company name. The company must then register with the Swedish Tax Agency. The company needs to apply for F-tax and VAT registration and, if relevant, register as an employer.

Step 2:
The actual registration process of a company in Sweden consists in depositing foundation deeds, minutes of the meeting of incorporation and the bank certificate stating the share capital. The procedure takes around 7-14 working days.

Step 3:
The whole process of Swedish company incorporation performed by a Swedish firm takes around two working weeks. After the registration, you should hire an accountant.

Residency: An entity generally is considered a resident of Sweden if it is registered in Sweden.
Corporate tax: 20% (Tax prepayment registration mandatory if business will be domestic) 
VAT: Maybe liable to pay a VAT rate of 25% (or 14%/10%/0% applying in certain cases)
Annual financial report: Yes
