Estonian or Finnish Sales Manager to work at Tallinn Office

We are looking for a Estonian and/or Finnish (+ English) speaking sales manager to work from our Tallinn based office. Sales Manager will be targeting new clients mainly from Estonia and/or Finland and taking care of international clients who contact and make orders through our web pages, live chat and social media channels.

In order to perform this task, Novasigma feels you need to have experience in B2B/B2C sales at least for +2 years, excellent reputation and well connected. On top of that you should be very eager to learn and have a sales mindset. You are able to work as a member of multilingual international team and travel when ever needed. You have great computer skills and up-to-date knowledge of sales, marketing and social media.
The Sales Manager will get to start a fixed success fee on all business generated and contact made and after 1-2 months trainee period (or 10 won deals), full sales commission and benefits from all sales including after sales commissions are available. To reach your sales targets you need to work 3-8 hours per day and find approximately one new client every week. Business Plans will be made every quarter to establish new target and budgets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Sales Manager
Type: Part time job (full time after 1-2 months trainee period)
Working hours: Trainee period 3-8 h/day. After the trainee period you have to be available between 9:00-17:00. Work can be done also remotely and partly outside of business hours.
Office:
  • During a trainee period: Tallinn, Estonia
  • After the trainee period: Tallinn office, partly remotely
Tasks:
  • Preparing contact lists / searching contacts (whom to offer Novasigma’s services: companies & private persons)
  • Offering Novasigma services by email trying to schedule a phone meeting (to schedule a face-to-face meeting), sending 100 emails weekly, making 100 phone calls every week.
  • Sales meetings with clients at Novasigma office or Client’s location
  • Taking care of clients who contact Novasigma through websites (around 10-20 per day)
  • Establishing long-term customer relationships
  • Establish and maintain a good company image within the sales area by providing exceptional service, a professional business attitude and up-to-date product knowledge to existing and potential clients.
  • Take part in Novasigma’s marketing and advertising to support sales
Requirements, Skills and Experience:
  • We recommend this position for applicants over 25 yo
  • Person has to be able to name at least 2 persons who can recommend he/she in position
  • Experience in B2B sales 2+ years or entrepreneur 3+ years
  • An interest in economics, politics, taxes and business world in general
  • Business understanding and sales mindset
  • Someone that is always hungry to learn new things
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
  • An in-depth understanding of social media channels
  • Have fluent spoken and written Estonian or Finnish and English
  • Team working skills
  • Clean criminal record
Salary & Benefits: Trainee Period

  • Min. around 1.200€ – 1500€/mo if all pre-sales tasks completed (No sales needed)
  • Sales commissions from all own deals

After the Trainee period (1-2 months / 10 new deals)

  • +5000€/mo if min. sales targets reached (own sales consulting company recommended for receiving sales commissions for tax purposes)
  • Company MasterCard with Travel Insurance available for receiving commissions
  • Company laptop and mobile phone + SIM
  • Company car after working more than 6 months for Novasigma if all sales targets reached
  • Possibility to work at any Novasigma Sales Office or partly remotely
